Donuts & DIY: Wood Window Basics and the Mechanical Makeover

Join us for first Donuts & DIY of 2020!

For this workshop, we will tackle the basics of wood window repair including how to remove the sashes from the frame, how to replace the sash cords, and we might even get to do some window glazing. We'll cover tools, products, and methods for making your historic windows function again!

This FREE workshop is best for those that are not quite sure where to begin with repairing their historic wood windows or might be a little intimidated when it comes to making the repairs on your own. Of course, all are welcome and we may have some time for hands on practice!

This event is outdoors and hands-on. You bring the questions, we’ll bring the donuts (and coffee)!
